We hope everything goes smoothly with your purchase and your item arrives to you and exceeds your expectations! In the rare case that you need to make a return, please read our shipping and return policies below.

· Priority (2-3 days from day of shipping)
Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska -OR- over-sized or heavy items may incur additional costs and/or be shipped by an alternative shipper (such as UPS, FedEx, or common carrier). If your shipment falls into one of these categories, we will contact you ASAP to arrange additional payment.
If you have a date by which your shipment must arrive, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
I. The products(s) you wish to return must meet the following guidelines to be eligible to receive a full credit:
· Product(s) must be returned within 30 days of your receiving the product(s).
· Product(s) to be returned must be in the same condition as when we shipped you the product. If the product shows use or has been altered, dirtied, damaged, laundered, or has absorbed any odors, we can not take the return.
· Product(s) must be returned in whole with all of its parts, pieces, and accessories (if applicable) included.
II. If you wish to return a product between 31 days and 60 days of your receiving the product, store credit for the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping) in the form of an online gift certificate will be offered.
III. If your return meets the criteria set forth in items I and/or II, and after we receive your returned merchandise, we will credit your account or issue you an online gift certificate code (depending on the time frame of the return) usually within 48 hours.
IV. If you think you might return an item, please be careful when removing it from its packaging. Avoid tearing the packaging if you can.
V. We are not able to offer returns or exchanges on the following products and/or product categories:
· Mattresses*, Bedding products, and bedding accessories
· Online or paper gift certificates
· Intimate apparel
VI. Except in cases of in-route damage or manufacturer’s defect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
VII. If the product you receive does not match your order or has arrived damaged, please contact us (612-374-4581) as soon as possible to describe the situation or damage and arrange a return or exchange.
VIII. Returned orders totaling over $100 may be subject to a 5% return fee.
IX. Items sold “ON SALE” are not eligible for return.
