Don't compromise your air quality with a vinyl shower curtain... choose this US made, hand-crafted, durable and beautiful unbleached cotton duck fabric shower curtain! Can be used alone or as a liner! The curtain will stop water from spraying outside your shower without a plastic liner! This keeps unnatural plastics out of our landfills. The shower curtain will get wet, but resists leaking through. The cotton shower curtain will rapidly air dry which helps prevent mold growth associated with plastic liners.

The curtain's natural cotton duck fabric is not organically grown but is processed without chlorine bleach, dyes and finishes normally used in the industry. The 7 oz cotton duck because it is lighter weight, allowing it to dry more quickly. This also leaves it slightly transparent.

Sturdy and rustproof nickel plated brass grommets which will enable your curtain to last for years.

The cotton shower curtain resists mildew and mold by drying quickly and not trapping moisture against the inside of the tub like plastic liners do. After showering simply spread the curtain out so air can dry it, try not to leave it gathered at one end of the tub.

This curtain does not have the annoying property of billowing out towards the shower spray like lightweight plastic liners do.

Using your Cotton Shower Curtain demonstrates your concern for our planet's environment by reducing chemical and plastic use, reducing landfill mess, as well as beautifying your bathroom environment by bringing nature into your everyday life.

*Approximate Size: 77" Height x 70" Width

When washing the shower curtain, set washing machine to gentle and cold and hang to dry to minimize shrinkage. If you are intentionally shrinking the shower curtain, start washing with cold water, and hang to dry. The hotter the water, the more it will shrink. Drying in a machine is not recommended, as this could lead to excessive shrinkage. If you are going to use a dryer, set it on low heat and leave in for a very short period of time before hang drying it.

Note: This curtain is NOT guaranteed against mildew, with heavy use the curtain can stay wet and mildew like any other surface, at the first sign of mildew the curtain needs to be washed and dried thoroughly to prevent staining. Slight variations in size may occur.

A great liner! December 23, 2016

This is a great liner for my shower. I no longer wanted to deal with the aroma of off-gassing plastic liners. I was concerned if it would in fact hold back water and keep from flooding my apartment and it works fantastically. I am buying another as a gift for a friend who is also changing living habits for a healthier lifestyle. It is a little short, and does shrink a little in the wash. If you have a curtain as well; I suggest two rods, it will make hanging and removing the liner easier when it comes time to wash it.

So far, so good January 30, 2013

At the moment, the curtain is a bit longer than I would like. I know in the instructions it said that I could shrink the fabric, but it wasn't exactly specific as to how. Can I put this in the dryer?

Other than that, I am quite satisfied with my purchase. It looks very nice in my bathroom and after about two weeks of using it I'd say it's doing it's job. I hope to have it for years to come =]

Great replacement for unhealthy plastic curtain April 25, 2012
Reviewer: Emily B from St. Louis Park, MN
I got my cotton curtain from Moss Envy a few months ago and am very happy with it so far. I did have to wash and dry it, as well as do a bit of hemming to make it the right length (they make it oversized to fit any shower). Our old curtain was really a pain to clean and kept growing mildew since our bathroom has limited ventilation. This curtain gets completely wet when you shower, but does not leak through, so no water is on the floor or walls. It dries pretty quickly and I don't see much staining yet (just a little on the sides near the bottom), but no mildew. I plan to wash it every few months in the laundry, which will be so much easier than scrubbing it down! Also because it is cotton, there is not the unhealthy off-gassing as with a plastic curtain. Great value for the price.
