Have a dog that was able to damage our Zogoflex® Toy? Well, you must have one amazingly powerful chewer - the return rate is less than 1%. You may choose to recieve a free one-time replacement or refund - your choice! Mail us directly with the following:

1. A quick note to let us know the breed and age of your dog, and how long it took your furry friend to damage the toy. (This is optional, but we love the feedback).

2. Let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund.

3. Include the damaged toy and proof of purchase. Not only do we inspect the returned toys for weaknesses, but we also recycle them!

4. Be sure to include your own contact information so we know where to return the new toy or refund.
